Difference in attitude between UK blacks and US blacks. Agree?

When around if you ask an American black what country he is from he will say "I'm an Black American " but the Brits would say "I'm British". Why am I picking this up? I feel blacks in the UK overall we are much calmer and get better treated and accepted in general. But a lot of segregation comes from our own attitudes. If you say BLACK first before you say American you put the emphasis on being black rather than being a member of your country. Self segregation bros! If we really want to be accepted as equals and be equals firstly we need to get into the habit that we are first and foremost a member of our home country and secondly not shove it into everyone's faces and pull out so much racist rap music! There is such a thing as asking for trouble. Also the true African's the true BLACKS if you like you will also annoy them too. Us born in these country's we don't know what its like to live there, don't speak the language or know the culture. We are foreigners to them too!
