Is it Bad ball joints?

My car makes a clicking/clanking noise when turning sharp lefts, and sometimes on softer lefts, and when going over bumps. Your probably gonna tell me its the CV joints but I just got them replaced exactly a year ago. Could it be bad ball joints?
