My Cabal online can't start~!!?

My cabal online cant start...but why? Everything is fine till its gets to the X-trap...after the X-trap loads...it should take me in to login game but instead it does nothing...NOTHING..NO-THINGS and after it does NOTHING....it will look as if my pc is normal...it juz wont take me into the game....plz help me any1...I really wanna play Cabal[SEA]....any solutions besides re-installing it~!!!!!!!
