Stuck in Daemonheim, please help!!?

I was playing on Runescape and I went to Daemonheim. I was in the dungeons and then I closed my game down and I've logged on today and I'm in the castle ruins and I want to go back to Lumbridge, but it won't let me teleport and the room I am stuck in has no exits. How do I get out?
