Do you agree with me about the pacman vs marquez fight??

i saw the first fight,it was a clic the 3 knowdown was a big thing in the scorecard..tonight the big knockdown on third round was a mega round for pacman. 24 rounds in total evenly matched fight..but pacman put him in the canvas 4 times and marquez 0 times so if marquez cant put manny down , who's the better fighter?? i'll say PACMAN!!!
