Would you ever consider living in a caravan?

Hi, the reason I ask is because I'm trying hard to get on the property ladder but it is extremely difficult for the younger generation to make it. Next year, I am facing eviction from my Mum's house as my Dad is looking for half the value of the house (divorce proceedings). Anyway rather than rent, I was thinking of maybe braving it in a caravan for 1 to 2 years so I can keep saving up to put down a deposit on a flat, I have nearly �30K now and earn �17K a year so hopefully in 2 years I'll have around �40K in the bank. I've just turned 23 btw and live in Hampshire, England
