Shlwapi.dll is corrupt and unreadable, help!?

Try downloading a new file from a href="http://www.dlldump.com/" rel="nofollow"http://www.dlldump.com//a and find the current sclwapi.dll location. Now rename it sclwapi.dll.bck and copy the newly downloaded one into the proper directory and reboot. Hopefully that should work for ya'. If this doesn't work, you may have to boot up with Window CD and repair or reload Windows.
