Rapid healing after C-Section? Is this normal?

I had my C-section just under two weeks ago. I haven't bled for five days now, and the pain is handled by a few tylenol and an ibuprofen a day. Most of the pain I have is from the area where they stitched a nerve in, and not from the incisions themselves. Ear tubes question?

My son had tubes put in his ears 3 weeks ago he is 20 monthes he has had a lot of ear infections and doesn't talk he says 5 words mama, dada, papa, gone and juice. I thought that after the tubes he would beable to hear better and his talking would improve right away but I have never went through this before so if anyone has please tell me your story. I have a message into the doctor about a hearing test. He had one already they said he had fluid in his ears so he had temporary hearing loss and the lady that did the test said as soon as the fluid drains out he will start talking right away so I thought that ment shorty after the tubes were in. Any advice?

My baby kitten has diarrhea, what to do?

Found a lost or abandoned kitten (maybe 5-7 weeks old), so starved that I could feel all of his bones right under his skin and his face was very hollow. Took him home, he is eating and drinking, (purina kitty food, water and a little of canned cat food per day- I want him to gain some weight). today was his second day with us, but his diarrhea is not getting better, a little better in color but not much in consistency. Yesterday it was dark green and there were dead leaves and tree seed husks etc. in it. Today I found what looked like maybe a little blood. He was doing much better though and was even playing, yesterday he just wanted to be held like a baby. He is so sweet, we are totally in love with him but can't commit to a vet visit just yet. What do we do? any ideas? also should we try to bottle feed him?

sounds like clic allergy symptoms... unfortunately there are no bonafide tests to show weather it is absolutely an allergic reaction or not. However, if your symptoms are not overly affecting you then you should be just fine with some OTC antihistamines. Although personally I have not found a single antihistamine that actually helps with symptoms without giving me harsh side-effects (mostly dried up throat and chapped lips), so if you are doing OK, then you should consider just letting it be and not take any meds...

ACL tear surgery recovery?

I tore my acl in my knee in june and had the surgery for it june 28. I have been going to physical therapy but i am eager to get back to sports. The surgery went very well and surprisingly, even when people told me i would most likely be in pain, i experienced no pain throughout the surgery and after i woke up. My physical therapy seems easy, but it seems that it is just going so slow and taking so long. Have any of u had the surgery and does it get any easier for the rehab? I recently visited my surgeon and i got permission to no longer wear my knee brace when i am at school or anything but when i got back to sports i will need it. I am wondering if the rehab will be any easier and if when you go back to sports if you are very nervous and careful about it or do u simply forget about it? Thanks!

Possibly pregnant, what do I do about the father?

I think I'm pregnant. I've missed my period, i've got all the symptoms, and I'm taking a pregnancy test Tuesday morning to confirm it. The father already knows what's going on, to a slight extent of the little he's allowed me to tell him... which was, "My period is late, and I'm taking a test soon to confirm it. Don't worry, don't panic. i'll give you an update when I know more" after his first statement of that he was kind of scared, he hasn't really talked to me. its not bad. any first job is great. at least your going to be working. i would reccomed finding a serving job however, in a real resturant. you make your wage and tips. im not sure, but doesnt mcdonalds start you at below miniumum wage for the first 500 hours/ look into it. your times worth more than that. as far as hours to work, it would depend on your course load. i would say no more than 10-15 hours a week.

Hi. I have to perform base training over summer to get ready for the tough workouts for Cross Country in the fall. I am the fastest sprinter in my school, and I don't want to lose that. If I focus on cross country many people at my school are going to say that they are faster than me and want to race me. I have had a large amount of people think they can beat me. Now that everyone is moving to high school, they are going to start training for speed. Many might even go to be one of the state's fastest runners. How can I focus on cross country and have incredible speed. I know that many elite runners such as Alan Webb have great 800 and 400 meter speed. He doesn't run the 400m, but I heard that he can run a 47 second 400m in his high school days. I was going to perform speed drills (such as 4x100) in the morning on the days that I have a distance workout, but I believe that will lead to overtraining and less results. I really want great speed and endurance to be gained over summer.

I am 19wks today and am still having cramping/stretching pain and it hasnt really stopped at all - in the first few weeks i had really bad cramping but alot was due to the fact your bowles slow down alot when you are first pregnant so try and eat lots of Fibre as this can cause pain. Also go to a chemist and get some pregnancy vitamins as you will need to be taking them asap. My husband and I have a 16 year old son is an overall good kid and he follows most directions given to him. Because of this, we weren't very hesitant to get him a car when he asked for one. I am going to ship off army basic in january for a 11x opt 40. Should I break up with my girlfriend or not?

11x option 40 is a Airbourne Ranger Infantry contract. I do OSUT then Airbourne then RASP and that is about 6-7 months. I really want to stay with her. But the problem is I just graduated from high school( I am 18) and she is going to be a junior next year in high school( she is 16). I know that me going to basic and being gone for about 6 months training would be hard on her. But not all hope is gone because as soon as I am done with my training I will get igned to a ranger regiment. One of the ranger regiments is in washington at fort lewis which is close to were I live now. But there are 2 other ranger regiments in georgia. So there is a 33% I will get igned to fort lewis. So there is always that. But should I break up with her because it would be too hard on her and she needs to have fun in high school or what. But I really don't want to break up with her. Now, I will be the first to admit that I take suboxone, and I KNOW I am minimizing, but it keeps me away from heroin, which I haven't done in approximately 6 years. I see absolutely no problem with them, and will probably do them the rest of my life. It's about as blunt as I can be. I think you are letting this get out of hand, if it's been going on for so long and he gives you the creeps, it doesn't matter if he is guilty or not, he is bizarre but so are most bosses, you just have to find one that creeps you out the least. Daughters 1st foods???

my daughter is 3 1/2 months old. i have been giving her deluted rice ceareal in her forumula once a day for a few weeks now. her dr said she could start having the babies 1st food and stuff at 4 months. well i am wondering if i could start them now. technically she is 15.5 weeks so she is like 4 months week wise but by the date she was born it wont be till the 22nd. so should i wait till the 22nd to start her on the food or is it okay now. i got her the babies 1st food gerber carrots.

Need help with my 1997 Ford F-150!!?

When I start driving the car after I have applied the brake the truck starts to shake. I changed the calipers and pads, but I believe that the caliper on the driver side is still sticking..What could cause this? The truck always starts to shake after I have applied the brake. I can sit at a stop light after applying the brake and the truck will not even roll when I let my foot off the brake which makes me think that the caliper is still sticking down. Also when I get done driving the truck when it has been shaking, the driver side tire and wheel are scolding hot, so something is causing friction. I bled the brakes and everything was fine so it is not a collapsed brake line either. Can someone please help me out and give me some ideas!!?? Thanks a lot everyone!!
